hi! i'm grace francalangia

and i'm the owner and creator of Grace Elizabeth Bakery. my love for baking and art + my creativeness led me to start my own bespoke cake, cupcake and macaron business in July of 2020! when i first started off baking, i did not know what i was doing, so, i took it upon myself to look at what more advanced bakers were doing, and take inspiration from there. i bought all the supplies i needed and after improving my technique and coming up with my own designs i started selling. it was mostly to family and friends at first, but eventually i got recommended by people, and my little business grew! as of today we have happy customers and good reviews.

now a bit about myself! my name is grace, and i'm a 19 year old self taught baker and decorator living in the greater boston area. other than baking i am a university student, as well as a dancer at my school. I have been dancing since the age of 3 but some of my other past and present hobbies are: theatre, skating, reading, fashion, watching films and shows, hiking, drawing, photography, cooking, travel, cars, skiing, and piano. i have a wonderful english creme golden dog who is very cute and hyper most of the time. i have not figured out what i would like to do after graduating, but opening a business in new york city sounds like a plan to me!
